i have created a test PHP code that uses
Mattys, periodically updated web image DP

and

http://www.cc.jyu.fi/~ltnevala/nowplaying/
a winamp nowplaying http post plugin

AND

Amazon webservices to grab the cover then cache it in a mysql server...

this is a tad complicated but works quite well.

If someone could make a simpler msgplus pluging that would be nice...
