Close messenger, (right click the system tray icon and click exit, not by clicking Close in the File menu).
Goto your Messenger Plus! directory (usually C:\program files\Messenger Plus! 3) and open the plugins folder.
Delete both SS.dll and FreeImage.dll.
Open Messenger and Screenshot Sender 3 is now uninstalled
