1.Recycle Bin Remove
Click Start
Run
regedit
------
Look for this  folder

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/explorer/Desktop/NameSpace

Find this string...
{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}

And delete it
