That right there is why I love MSN or any IM for that matter. I met the girl of my dreams on MSN and I'm going to marry her soon once we're financially ready. So no, MSN is not a waste of time. Heck, it can even change your life!

I don't talk to many people on msn, actually only one main one nowadays
. We talk on the phone, write emails and letters too, but msn is just really convenient. I agree about the confidence too, there's less phatic talk on msn sometimes(depending on who you talk to, sometimes its a real waste, cos its the usual "hi" "how are u" then its all over).
