I don't want to keep replaceing one picture at a time I want to replace all of them at once. The reason is I'm trying to skin Google Talk and it has like 180 or more pictures.
use a resource compiler to compile the RC to an RES. A RES (compiled resource file) can then be imported back. Also see the help files of "Resource Hacker" (if that is the program you use for altering resources).
(and of course: google "replace resources")
