When both of softwares are running its absolutly necessary for Windows Messenger to start first on the computer so that Plus! can hook it properly, then MSN Messenger can run and there wont be any problems in the two. What I did was under C:\Program Files\Messenger renamed msmsgs.exe to 1msmsgs.exe and whenever I needed to run it changed the name :). Beats removing it forever lol.
