No you can't, I'm not sure whether you can change the voice by simply changing the voice on your computer narrator.
Try it, go to Start > Control Panel > Speech > Text to Speech, then choose one of the three people from the dropdown box. No matter what you do, it will always sound like a robotic voice, very inhumane.
