THey must have had their reasons for blocking you in the first place, if they block you then generally you would know that they have... if they havent been online for a while, then look @ the list of people who ahve you on their list and if they aren't on there, then obviously they have deleted you

That's not really a good idea, seeing as though people could abuse it by sending abusive messages to someone that can't reply to them... it would happen... plus this is soething that microsoft would have to put in themselves anyway i believe...
