In a Firefox window press Alt > B > M > Alt > F > E

And to import them again press Alt > B > M > Alt > F > I

or an easier to remember way:

click that bookmarks menu at the top. Click manage bookmarks. Then at the top click file> export. and to bring them back in same thing but import
