Display Picture Manager are dead now.
With
MSN Pictures Displayer you can :

create and share diaporamas
- set any
Internet Explorer's picture as
MSN Messenger avatar by right clicking on it
- there is an animated icon in the system tray to tell you the
MSN Pictures Displayer status
- interface improved
- ...
MSN Pictures Displayer is not a graphic tool. It displays pictures as
MSN Messenger does it. If you've to resize/repaint/create your pictures you may do it with another program.
The default
MSN DP's are automatically created by
MSN Messenger when
MSN Picture cache folder is erased.
Another thing is that when you have it on English mode it still shows the pop-up conformation screens in French.
I'll try to change it.
