Just pointing out that shared hosting can't host ShoutCAST unless they give it to you.
Although, you could rent a Virtual Private Server from
http://www.godaddy.com -- It become's your own dedicated-like server, with root access, except that it's shared.
Then you would need some linux skills to install it, etc. PM me if you would like me to do it.
