I see you have Stuffplug NG, did you get the beta for MSNM 7.5?
There is one on
http://www.stuffplug.com that's 95% compatible with MSNM 7.5 (only thing known not working correctly is the ignore feature)
Disabling plugins incase of troubles is indeed a good idea, it helps find the culprit
