I remember when Japanese scientists sinking a dumpster filled with fishguts and meat into the marianer grave in the pacific ocean put down a video camera into the trench with some bait on it. After a while fish began to scatter and then they saw what they suspected to be a HUGE shark. But, the footage hasn't been released
