I tihnk there is a market for mobile phone TV, but not in the way they are using it now, I think that a 5 minute run down of the days news in video format would be quite handy, but it really goes down to good editing. If they are just filming someone read out the news then you might aswell tune into radio 4 and save the chance that someone will see your phone and mug you.
