O.P. Huh?  NET framework 1.1 help
I recently installed a desktop side bar and tried to install some plugin packages. However when I tried to install the packages, I get the message "this plugin requires NET framework 1.1." The strange thing is I have it installed on my computer. Any ideas of whats going wrong?
