Press CTRL+ALT+DEL
Click Processes Tab
Highlight msnmsgr.exe and click End Process

Goto this location C:\Program Files\MessengerPlus! 3\Plugins (Might be different on your computer) and delete the Handwriting.dll file and restart MSN Messenger.
