Yes, because of a bugs in Windowblinds, not because of bugs in Messenger Plus!.
Btw, WindowsBlinds is know to cause troubles in several other programs too, is known to be the cause of several other styling glitches and is know to be a memory "eater". (personally, if you wanna skin Windows, I'd suggest using another program for this: eg StyleXP or the UxTheme patch. Plenty of info on this forum about them as well)

Issue with WindowBlinds
So, either:
- uninstall WindowsBlinds all together,
- or disable WindowsBlinds for MSN Messenger (
*),
- or remove the window frame by using the little up/down arrow button in the top-left corner of your chat window (
*),
- or maximize the chat window (
*).
