Anyway, it may be on your blocked list:

On the Personal Firewall -> Programs tab, select the program in the Manual Program Control window.
Click Remove.
Click OK to any warning messages.

But if you ask me, I wouldn't recommend you to install MDX 2 again.. It (still) has a lot of bugs.
