I suggest that you download a trial version of Advanced Uninstaller Pro 2005
Dont look at the name

This program has a nice, set of tools, which also iclude a startup manager, which also tells you what every program you have on startup does

(if the program's name is in the database)

YouTube closed-captions ripper (also allows you to download videos!)
