You did twist the truth. You left out the fact that the real downgrader and the password stealer were different files with very different filesizes. You then moulded your entire post around the fact that "
all downgraders are password stealers" or some such nonsense.
For the record I still don't disagree with your general idea, only the method used to achieve it.
Edit: yes, okay, I've removed the filename from the URL. I still don't think it's a huge problem, but since TB never uses the "temp" directory of stuffplug.com it gives all the information needed. TB would generally upload files to files.stuffplug.com, rather than stuffplug.com/temp/ (which as you can see is empty now the password stealer has been deleted).
