Unselect the option in plus > preferences > privacy protection > passwords and it will ask you if you want to decrypt encrypted logs, this will only work for the logs in the main (current) directory. To decrypt logs in subdirectories you will need to do a lil workaround, see "CookieRevised's reply to Encrypted Chat Logs".
