O.P. I can't send messages!!!

i hope i can write it in english....i hope you'll understand!
When i talk to my contacts, they reveice the messages! But somestimes, and in the last days more often, my contacts don't receive the messages! i have wireless lan, but that can't be the reason, because i had wireless lan for a year before, and it worked wonderful! i hope you can help me... i don't know what to do... thanks!
