Uninstall the StuffPlug plugin by going to Add/Remove Programs. Then delete the StuffPlug directory in the Messenger Plus! Plugin folder (if it is still there). Clear your cache then download it again from the official site:
www.stuffplug.com.
Also make sure Plugins are enabled in Messenger Plus!:
Preferences > Plugins > Allow Messenger Plus! to load plugins in my account
(Make sure it is ticked).
