At the welcome screen press CTRL+ALT+DEL twice it will give you a Win2k login screen. in the username type Administrator and click ok. If she didn't change it you will be logged into the Admin Account and can give yourself admin privileges. I suggest also adding a password on that account so no one else can change it.

What do you mean at setup?
When it says " Your Name"?
Is thee any registry files or something?
