but this is the only outlet I've got, I don't suppose I can send MSN a suggestion
Anyway, I was thinking that subfolders or subgroups in your contactlist could be very useful
(for example: you visit several forums and have some people in your contact list
instead of making one big group or a whole lotta smaller groups, make one group named 'forums' and subdivide the members in the different forum groups 'plus', 'games', .. )
Then it would be nice of you could arrange your groups at free will, and not be stuck with the alphabetical order
I think it's rather useful, it would give more overview
