i uninstalled ie 7 because i wanted ie6...

i strt the computer and msgplus says it needs windows messneger 4.5 at least to run..

certain updates didnt successfully install

and i cant reinstall ie7 because i get an error when trying to validate windows...

(it validates if you do it seperate from the installation but not during installation)

EDIT:

system restore fixed everything except for the problem with messenger plus...

i cant reinstall msn messneger again becuase it tells me the latest version is already installed.... but i cant remove it from add/remove programs because its not there and the installer im using i have only just downloaded from messenger.msn.com
