RE: Block Checker
One of my friends enconuter this problem also, and he successfully deleted it. Not sure how he does it though, but he did tell me about how in mere details.
the steps:
CTRL + ALT + DELETE to bring up the windows task manager
End Process of the Block checker [something like that]
Go to 'C' Drive and delete the file.
