OK I think you should remove this post. It's not a useful post by any measure.

It's a virus, people know how it works, they write remedies, they get added to AV programs. Update the anti-virus and do a scan. The program will then remove the virus for you.

Edit: In fact, online virus DBs have manual removal instructions too.
