I guess that as long that neither Linux or Netscape is installed on it, a good Intel P4 2Ghz with 2Gb of memory (yeah, developing applications takes a lot of memory) and the best Asus motherboard card of the moment would be perfect . Of coursem the monitor has to be an LCD screen.
