learn xhtml and css, you can do much more with those two together and the code will also look much cleaner + will be easier to update.

And please tell me why you use frameset if you don't use frames? rows="100%,*" is just stupid
, you're making 2 rows here but at the same time you make sure the 2nd row isn't visible by placing the first one at 100% of the screen and you only give one frame a source. If you're using only one page you don't need frames. Dump the frameset.
