yes, click it and it should set the settings.
to save these settings you must sign out of MSN
these settings will be changed back to the old ones (where emoticons arent shown in the name) if you rename another contact or set the seetings to do this.
make sure that there are no options in the plus! menu that mean custom names aer enabled.
