I don't know whether you can set a timer in the status message preset, but the way you do it with auto-textx is the following:

e.g. '#5#Yeah, I'm still not here!' will post 'Yeah, I'm still not here!' after 5 seconds.

NB: Time can be from 1-9, whole numbers only.
