Ofcourse there are... there are millions of sites which aren't availible for general public...
- Some might work with IP filters where it appears like the site doesn't exsists when your IP is not allowed
- Some may require that you install a certain application before you can access the site
- There are even entire TLDs like .indy, .geek and .null to just name a few which you can't access unless you use an alternate DNS rootserver. For more info on that, see
