Well, Mess.be announced that it was public because a guy at Microsoft pushed the bad red button which removes the signin protection that checks if that e-mail address is on the beta list. (Mess is insane

) A few days later, lots of sites were found which invites any user to the beta, and this is another one.
The new thing about this is that it's now also on the MSN Messenger homepage.
