However, you may care to know you can set up a slideshow, to change your display picture every certain amount of seconds. It is called, Display Picture Manager 2 and it is by Destruction.



You can download a copy here. Still I don't find it is what you are really after but it is the closest thing you can find. It is not a Messenger Plus! Plugin but a MSN Messenger add-on. I also think it may work with Windows Live Messenger.
