It is happening alot, the list of friend with me gone from their list is getting bigger 
:/ today i found that the same thing happend with smethead. he had to add me again so we appear in each's list.
You can't know whos list you are inactive on. My suggestion is email your entire list (using BCC of course) asking them to readd you if you haven't been online in awhile
