O.P. how can block my site to used from passport.net ?

hi

from passport.net You can use any existing e-mail address from any e-mail provider
ex: you can make account : admin@google.com , webmaster@msgplus.net
but when you login to messenger you cann't change name untill verify mail

there are away to make passport.net to block or cancel any account from my site ?
