i have been inclined to go towards a CPU cooler which is piped to make my CPU cooler and better performance. has anyone used (or someone who knows more than i do) know one (on that site or for a similar price) which is quiet and high performing for 24/7 use?

thanks for your help REAPER, though the Artic Cooler fans are not piped and i dont want to buy an item like this off eBay.
