As Patchou adds more features to the beta version, translators are asked to translate some more sections in the translation file. I suggest you not to work with the current version of Plus (3.63) but wait until Plus Live 4 is released. The way Plus Live 4 is translated is the same as Plus 3 (ini files) so i don't think it worths it to translate plus 3. Also, all the sentences of Plus 3 have changed and you won't be able to use any of them.
