No.
5) What sort of problems could arise from teenagers isolating themselves?
Lack of practical social skills and insecurities that come from it; neglecting studies and other responsibilities; maybe not being able to assess real life situations correctly, etc.
6) What kind of teen groups are more likely to isolate themselves?
Probably teens who feel unloved/neglected and who are facing serious problems at home and/or school. Children who have a highly developed inner emotional world, but who don't find necessary understanding and love from the people who surround them in everyday life (aka, they feel like they don't belong among the rest).
7) Do you know if there’s any help programs for these people?
No idea. Probably not.
8) Do you think that technology is one of the main reasons for youth isolating themselves?
Technology is not the problem, it's just wrongly used as a means for isolating yourself. The "reason" lies elsewhere (problems at home, etc).
9) Do you believe that technology is one of the reasons the youth today are rebellious?
No. Technology might give a good way to express that "rebellious" side, but still, technology is not a reason in itself.
10) What actions, recommendations , solutions do you believe can be done by the government / community groups to prevent this?
Well, there should probably be more activities organized for young people, something that would let these troubled teenagers communicate with other people and help bring them out of their isolation and angst.
