O.P. Messenger Plus uninstalled after restarting my PC

Hi everyone

Got a strange problem
I have to reinstall Messenger Plus each time i restart my computer
After the first install, tells me to reboot, then MSN is still not available.
After the 2nd install, it works fine, except that it disappears the next time i start my PC, exemple when i shut it down at night
Can someone provide me any help please ?
