If you contact support, be as friendly as possible. Give a full description and provide as many deatils about the account as you can. Write in probably english and make sure your sentences have structure. It will work so much better.
Edit: I just want to repeat again, be freindly. Dam if you are flaming them, they just dont want to coperate. That is the best way to deal with any support request anywhere.
