if you want msgplus to show the asiatic symbols and stuffs, you should turn the non-unicode display in the Regional and languages settings to korean/japanese, for korean/japanese to be displayed properly. However, if you do that, the french accents won't be displayed properly anymore, so it gots anoying :/
