RE: USB memory on Win98 or Linux installed from floppy disks
The Kingston site only provides drivers for 98SE (ME and later have USB Mass Storage drivers built-in). I don't think you'll find pre-98SE drivers: 98SE kinda overruled FE. USB support is present though (according to Wikipedia), so you may get lucky
