There are plenty of vegetarion alternatives for the minerals, vitamines, iron, etc which a human being requires each day.

Exactly, it's the choice of the individual. There is nothing wrong in choosing to eat only plants, only meat or only whatever. Humans have that choice and it should be respected (from both sides!!!)
