'fake' meat (quorn) tastes basically the same as normal meat most of the time. i've eaten vegetarian burgers/sausages etc (we have loads in the house cos my veggie mate lives here) and i can hardly taste a difference. (yes there is a difference, but it's not disgusting) ;/
