Sure... maybe you should come to do my dialy job then and tweak +10 track mixer panels when a group is doing their act live on stage, tuning equalizers, keeping an eye on frequency limiters and installing sound pressure meters....
PS: Oh and a healthy human can hear up to 20kHz or even more, not 15kHz...
And music sure does "hit" 2000Hz or below. Hell, even speech is ranged between 500 and 5000Hz.
