No, StuffPlug 2 doesn't work with Messenger Plus! Live. This is because the next version of StuffPlug (v3) will not be a Plus! addon, but a stand-alone application which runs independent of Plus!.

For more information, please check the official StuffPlug website.

And I guess the open notifier will not be implented, since of the unprecise work of the feature. If you want to know if someone opened a conversation, just ask him/her!
