Go to Start > Run > type "msconfig" (without quotes). View the Startup tab and untick msnmsgr. :)
Errmm excuse me -!Felu!- but....

Tools > options > general  "automaticly run MSNM(WLM) when i log onto windows"

Why would they have put that checkbox in?
