i tried reinstalling at least 5 times!

i just found this thread (http://shoutbox.menthix.net/showthread.php?tid=60711&page=3)
which came to the conclusion its zone alarm!

looks like ill just have to wait for the next zone alarm update or downgrade to a previous version!
